Then we are about to install the equipment, there are several matters that we need to pay attention to during the installation and operation of the sand washers.

1. As the sand washer is large in size, it should be installed on the concrete floor according to our experts. There is a basic pre-casting weldment designed to make it easy for customers to weld the connecting components. For the concrete equipment installation size and description, users can look for help from the foundation drawing of the sand washer.

2. After we finish installing the sand washer, we need to check whether the large and small gears of the reducer are in the right place and whether the water box and the bigger wheel bucket has the proper space. Then we can fix the sand washer on the foundation floor.

3. It’s necessary for us to add some lubricant oil to the sand washer and adjust the oil level.

4. After the machine is installed and adjusted properly, it should start to work as the test running. During this period, the test running sand washer should reach the following standards:

a. The sand washer should run as long as 2 hours at least.

b. All firm wares of the sand washer should be set steadily without being loose.

c. The reducer and the gear case work normally without producing any noise.
