First to be aware of is lubrication, the oil of new ball mill after running a month should be changed, because the new equipment after running a certain amount of time will generate a lot of iron, if not clean them out, the wear of the machine will be increased. Here then, the oil should be changed each half year, which can reduce machine wear, and improve work performance of ball mill.

In addition, check oil temperature each four hours when use ball mill. When ball mill machine is in running, its humidity will go up accordingly because friction, but it does not over 60 degrees. It’s abnormal if the humidity is exceeded 60 degrees. Therefore, some measures should be taken and some anomaly has to be processed in a timely manner, or something unusual will happen.

Abnormal sound, vibration, current instability and so on also belong to the abnormal phenomenon which should be strictly noted when ball mill is in operation. In the event of unusual phenomena, users should stop the machine for internal checks. In addition, some parts may have wear and tear with different degrees when in use, so the operator must also pay attention to it and replace wore parts timely.
